Supporters Group (4 weeks)
Perth Clinic is pleased to offer a 4 week Supporters Group Program for family & friends of people experiencing mental health problems.
Facilitated by a Psychologist, this workshop will help you to:
- Develop self care strategies to manage the demands and stresses of being a supporter.
- Learn how to have difficult conversations.
- Set boundaries and develop effective communication skills.
Referrals are not required and the program is available to the public. You do not need to have a friend or family member being treated by the clinic to attend.
The program runs for 4 consecutive weeks starting 13th October 2026 from 4:30 – 7.00pm.
The cost of the 4 week program is $500.
