Next Supporters Group – 4 November 2025
Perth Clinic currently has spaces available on the 4 week Supporters Group starting Tuesday 4th November. This program is designed for family & friends of people experiencing mental health problems.
Facilitated by a psychologist, this workshop will help you to:
- Develop self care strategies to manage the demands and stresses of being a supporter
- Learn how to have difficult conversations
- Set boundaries and develop effective communication skills
Referrals are not required for this program. The program is available to the public and you do not need to have a friend or family member being treated by the clinic to attend. The program runs for 4 consecutive Tuesdays with each session 3.5 hours in duration (4:00-7:30pm). The cost of the 4 week program is $500.
