4 Week Supporters Group – 22nd October
Perth Clinic is pleased to offer a 4 week Supporters Group program for family & friends of people experiencing mental health problems.
Facilitated by a psychologist, this workshop will help you to:
- Develop self care strategies to manage the demands and stresses of being a supporter
- Learn how to have difficult conversations
- Set boundaries and develop effective communication skills
Referrals are not required for this program. The program runs for 4 consecutive weeks, commencing on Tuesday 22nd October 2024. Sessions are 2 hours in duration (4.30-6.30pm). The cost of the course is $500. Please contact 9488-2989 to secure your place.
