Perth Clinic values feedback from our patients and uses this feedback to evaluate and improve our services.

Perth Clinic participates in the Private Psychiatric Hospitals Data Reporting and Analysis Service. This program enables us to compare our performance against other Australian private hospitals. Satisfaction data is collected using the nationally recognised Patient Experiences of Care Survey.

In addition we regularly seek specific feedback from our current and previous patients on a wide range of issues. Recent data shows that patients are very happy with the treatment and care that is provided and the approach of our staff.
